Measuring Pictures






Tuesday, we used our rulers to measure out strips of paper.  We wrote the length in cm on the strip and then glued our pieces to paper to make a detailed picture.

We have finished our fish!  We covered the surface area of our fish with scales and the fins with rectangles!  Then we wrote about our findings.

Today, we measured the hallway using our bodies. Our hallway is 19 students long. We made a list of examples of non-standard units of measurement.
